When It Rains It Pours
It was a stormy and rainy saturday, I woke up and I had seen the horrendous rain come down, bit by bit, drop by drop. It rained as if it was the most dangerous hurricane. It became a tragic day for us. I was a terrible disaster.
An hour later the power went out,I quickly ran into the living room and Shouted “The power went out!” It just got so boring out home. Having no power and the hurricane like weather It just became so boring at home. All we had to play were board games such as: checkers, jenga, connect 4 and some other games. They kept me and the family company as it was raining and the power was out. It started to get a little bit fun at home playing board games with my family.

Finally the power cut had ended and the rain started to stop. I immediately had shouted out “yay the power cut had ended and it’s starting to clear up!”. It was a huge relief that the power cut had ended and the rain had started to go away.

I thought that day was a bit fun playing board games with my family. I really enjoyed that day.
